We are looking for someone who has some extra time on hand to dispatch our orders and who can start to work for us immediately. We would like to find a person that lives stationary, as nomadic life can be very unpredictable. Living close to a post-office is preferred. Previous experience in dispatching/shipping products is not a requirement, but would be of advantage.


How many hours a week?

Normally the tasks take between 3-6 hours a week to do and are a mix of digital and manual labour. During the second part of November until Christmas, more orders mean that more time is required to ship items out. This means up to 10 hours of work each week during that timespan. 


What do I need?

  • You need to have a laptop/computer and some basic computer knowledge. 
  • A safe and dry space to store products and packaging materials. Everything combined will take up the space of up to 5 moving boxes.
  • A label printer to print out addresses will be provided by us, if you don’t have one already. 

What are the tasks?

Print address labels, pack, stamp sufficiently and send out orders twice a week (during the period leading up to Christmas 3-4 times a week). Keep us updated about things like inventory of products and shipping materials. We will have a thread on whatsapp or Messenger to communicate. We will handle all customer support. 
Sometimes orders need to have tracking, so these need to be sent from your local post office.


What is the wage?

The hourly wage is 20 USD. You will be responsible for keeping track of your working hours, by listing them in your monthly invoice.
